A retail concept from London became construction documents in Paju.
A headquarters from Berlin took three years of coordination in Yongsan — sixty round trips, over a hundred meetings, every set of minutes written by hand.
I sat on the client's side. The architect stamps the drawings and leaves. The client stays.
Buildings are finished.
Operations are not.
I opened my own office in 2017. Since 2024, the same work in a different medium — code instead of drawings.
AIGES PONTOS — the waves, and the path across them. Waves have patterns but never repeat. And a bridge is never laid on level ground— only where the crossing isn't possible.
